"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

We booked a moderate size room but when we got there, the room was too small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, so we upgraded to a larger room which was great, with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
