The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished and immaculately maintained. But the best thing about the Salisbury the understated not in-your-face level of service provided by everyone from the doorman to the housekeepers to the concierge to the front desk receptionists. Yes I’ve stayed at other hotels over the years when I’ve been in Hong Kong on business but since I’ve retired I always come back to the Salisbury. "

"We choose this hotel for its location close to a MTR Station and the main area of Kowloon. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a problem with the room safe and reception sent someone to fix it right away. We opt out of their breakfast promotion as there were plenty of restaurants nearby."
