The unit is on the second floor; beautiful golf course view. Kitchen fully equipped for your convenience. Very spacious dining and living areas with a private lanai overlooking the beautiful Palmer golf course. The loft is spacious and has its own private full bathroom. Close to many beautiful beaches!

You will be provided with a gate code. Gatefob will be available, in the unit, for your use during your stay.
Drive in and take the first left, look for parking stall 146.Additional cars must park on designated Guest parking stalls, and require guest pass. Please call security (available 24/7) for a guest pass.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet, legs and short pockets before entering.

Sitting on 880 acres of beachfront property, the resort includes white sand beaches, miles of walking trails along untouched coastline, 2 championship golf courses, casual & fine dining, live entertainment, surfing lessons, snorkeling, day spa, horseback riding, and helicopter tours. World famous surfing beaches such as Pipeline and Waimea Bay, the Polynesian Cultural Center, old Haleiwa town are just a 10 - 15 minute drive away. The townhouse sits along the Palmer golf course with views of the golf and redwood trees. Two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and BBQ areas along with a parking stall are for your use at no extra charge. Great location; disappointing accommodations
Location is ideal; property is old. Inefficient a/c’s (wall units) unusable master shower due to head leakage (owner notified - no remedy). Owner did bring fan on third day which was appreciated. You must leave the a/c units on continuously to maintain any coolness. Poor natural circulation. Easy parking.

Spacious relaxing condo
The unit was very spacious with 3 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and some beach gear like snorkels, beach chairs etc which was great. The were some little bugs here and there but I guess that goes with the territory. The spiral stairs that go to the loft area is a bit tight especially to carry up luggage. The only disappointment was that dense trees block the view from the patio. You cannot look out into the golf course.

Two Weeks In Turtle Bay
Check in/out process was flawless and easy to understand. Unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to access. Good location - close to lots of good beaches for kids and adults (Hukilau, Castles, Pounders, Sunset, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, etc) and not too far from Haleiwa, Kaneohe and other shopping/dining/entertainment destinations.

Awesome stay in Turtle Bay!
Family 4- mom, dad, 21 y.o. son and 17 y.o son- our first trip to Oahu. We had a fantastic time and this condo was a great home-base. Very clean upon our arrival and as-advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to cook our breakfasts. Living room was comfortable and the balcony was our main hangout. All beds were very comfortable. Nice having 3 bathrooms and the showers worked well. Private parking lot with our own reserved space. Great location for our morning and evening hikes- great trails in Turtle Bay! Close to great beaches. North Shore/Turtle Bay is a wonderful location to avoid the big city crowds yet enjoy the beautiful scenery, sunsets, beaches, food trucks and hikes. Thanks to Helena and her team for a tremendous accomodation and stay. We will be calling again on our next trip.

It is a good place but the issues that we had are: Out of 3 showers only one was hot enough for shower; window ACs were very loud; sofa and chairs were dirty.

Wonderful Townhouse and Stay
It was our first time in Hawaii and we were not disappointed! The Townhouse was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for the beach. (beach chairs, bodyboards) The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would we stay here again if we came back? We honestly wouldn't hesitate! It really was a great place to stay!

Great Stay!
Perfect week for us! Property was much nicer than pictured from the outside. I was concerned about stairs with my 90 year old mom, but they were well spaced and railing on each side so she traveled up and down them without issue. Our whole family was staying in condos as my niece was getting married and ours was the overall favorite due to the 3 full baths. It was a game changer. We all bbq’d at the pool (25of us) and had a great time. Tons of bbq space on the grill, but no cover so we threw some tin foil on top of the meat and it worked. Great evening. My only complaint was the kitchen table didn’t look clean when we arrived and the kitchen cupboards were sticky, so I cleaned them all upon arrival. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Balcony was great for us too. No beach umbrella and that would have been helpful but we borrowed from my sister’s condo. Would definitely rent this condo again. Host was responsive 😊

Nice Turtle Bay Condo on a Budget
Overall a nice condo with ample space for 4. Was clean and stocked with various things. Close to turtle bay. Nice and safe neighborhood. Hall toilet handle was broken when we got there. Easy enough to make work myself as a stop gap, and they sent someone to look at without us asking, just needs a new handle. Found ants or termites in upstairs bathroom when we got there, sprayed with the ant spray under the sink. Also got 2 lizards into the space we had to catch. Front door has a decent rotted gap at the bottom that will let things like lizards in. They are cute and harmless, but best to keep outside. 1 thing for owners. The masterbath on main level shower needs something to put soap and shampoo on. Like a corner shelf or something hanging off spray head. Would make use of the showers arrangement with the bottom ledge and curtain way more pleasant. Thanks for having us.

Lovely Condo in Turtle Bay
The condo is in a great location--about a 10 minute walk to the Turtle Bay public beach, quick drive to lots of other beaches, food trucks, coffee, etc. There are miles of walking trails along the coast line, accessible via the golf course paths, which was a nice surprise. Appointed with beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. The spiral staircase to the loft is pretty narrow, so could be tough to navigate for seniors. It was a good spot for our two teens. There aren't as many restaurants in the area as we expected, so it was especially important to have a kitchen. Note that the grill by the pool is charcoal--we missed that detail and didn't pick any up.

Great Location
Clean and comfortable place in a nice location. We loved the open kitchen, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and washer/dryer. Easy walk to the resort for morning coffee. Additional plus was having a designated parking space within steps of the condo. The owner, Helena, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns should you have any!

Cockroaches spoil a great Turtle Bay condo
This condo is part of the beautiful Turtle Bay community. We have rented other properties on Oahu and Maui over the past 10 years. While every property we have rented has had ants (a given in Hawaii), this was the first time we encountered a kitchen infested with cockroaches. I would not recommend this property until the owners hire a professional pest control company to eradicate them. The numerous Raid spray cans of roach killer below the kitchen sink are clearly not doing the job. Such a disappointment for a great condo.

Terrific Thanksgiving vacation
Our family loved our Thanksgiving stay at Kawela Bay. It was clean, well outfitted and centrally located for all tue adventures we enjoyed: hiking, surfing, snorkeling, and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. Mahalo for the wonderful accommodations!

Great North Shore Location
Very comfortable accommodations. Rented for parents 50th anniversary. Had a surprise renewal ceremony at nearby Kawela Bay. Great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Pros: -3 bathrooms came in handy. We had two seniors and a 5 year old traveling with us. -Short drive to Ted's bakery, Giovanni's 2nd shrimp truck. Great take out available from Lei Lei's. Just down the street from Turtle Bay. Recommendations: -A fan or two downstairs would help circulate the A/C. Area has a high ceiling with the loft so this is expected though. -Maybe include that the unit is on the second floor. Accessibility was a little tough for my father in law, but still manageable. Just had to take our time going up the single flight of stairs. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this location to couples, folks with kids/teens. Beautiful beach sunrises within walking distance. Thanks for hosting us! Mahalo!
