"Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, lots of snack food options in the convenience store. Room is bigger than I expected. Especially my son threw up in the bathroom and they gave us a new room to move in very quickly. Very helpful."

There was a spring for bath on 28th floor for free. It was clean and it relieved my stress. TV in the room automatically provides information in various languages "
