"This Casita is perfect. Great location, more amenities than you normally get in a VRBO rental, and super great hosts! Christopher and Gary even invited us to join them and the neighbors for a cookout on Memorial Day. A couple hiking trails can be reached on foot from the Casita and several others a short drive away. Will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Sedona in the future!"

"Perfection is the best way to describe the property! Everything from the accommodations, location, views and furnishings were absolutely perfect. Very clean and furnished with anything and everything you could possibly want. Great communication and very easy check in process. Fran was a wonderful host and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Sophie was a special bright spot in our stay. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I needed a place to stay after being at the Grand Canyon and heading to the Utah parks. This place was perfect for that. Sitting on the porch and watching the elk was great for unwinding. The only negative is the drive to the place was on a washboard dirt road."

"Loved location! We could walk to the local fitness center, park, tennis, and downtown. Huge space with large bedroom, living, bath, kitchen and my personal favorite a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor area. We loved the privacy and anonymity while there. The owner also rents out the main house so half the time we were there we had no neighbors. "We love the location of this stay and the hot tubs. However, there’s alot of spiders. I get you’re in the wilderness but there’s cobwebs everywhere. We were also unable to locate extra blankets. It’s a great location for family and kids. We usually book the one room villa and the whole house is open but this time the top rooms were locked, and were charged an upgrade of $80 to unlock them. Also the price difference between creek view and forest view isn’t much different I wouldn’t recommend...
