Cozy guest apartment attached to the main house with separate entrance. Equipped with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, dining area and a washer, & central air conditioning. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from the airport, and within short driving distance from some of the best nearby attractions including; downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, Lake Mary, San Francisco Peaks and so much more. Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners!

We put a significant amount of time into creating this space & are constantly working to improve it. Personally interacting with the space on a regular basis means we get to see first hand what’s working well and what’s not. Furthermore, cleanliness being a top priority, we are keenly aware of the small details that require attention as a result of inspecting & cleaning the space ourselves.

In addition to the space winning a "Sustainable Building Award," we take pride in using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products wherever possible. We've taken note from our own Airbnb stays, and have thoughtfully incorporated those experiences into creating a perfect space for our guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Access to the guest suite is located around the back of the house on the right. We just added a new separate sidewalk to provide guests with the privacy of their own access to the backyard.

Well established, quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street.

Located just a short distance from many local attractions and just minutes from the airport makes our guest suite ideal for all of your mountain town adventures.

Please note: THERE ARE TWO UNITS ON THIS PROPERTY!
The space is entirely its own entity, but does share a wall with the main house. While there is extensive soundproofing, we would like our guests to be aware that some noise is inevitable. In our experience this usually consists of occasional transfer of footsteps and possibly TV noise as it is on the other side of the wall. Both spaces are completely private with their own access, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway or front walk. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, and we will be actively involved to ensure that it is.

The guesthouse was a great size for the two of us. We enjoyed the coffee and the ability to cook a few meals. The property is near a walking trail and was perfect for morning walks. The bed and couch were comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Very nice and comfortable stay. The property was in a very accessible area and provided easy access to sites in the city of Flagstaff. I would, however, recommend providing a small gas grill in allowing patrons to BBQ outdoors instead of limiting cooking indoors. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

By far, one of the most inviting, comfortable, clean, and modern guest homes we have stayed in! So close to NAU and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again! All the accommodations and then some!

Guest house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and had paved paths that are part of the Flagstaff Urban Trails network which made for nice evening hiking or walks. Most everything we wanted was within a 20 - 30 minute drive. We would stay there again.

This property was beautiful. It was perfect for my weekend stay but it would also be perfect long-term if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and developed and the greenery and trees only add to the beauty of the location. Wish I could have stayed longer as this is a perfect place to relax and get away. Will definitely be booking again!!

Easy to locate, with lots of in-depth instructions as to where to park and how to access this property, did not experience any noise issues from attached property. My wife and I stayed one night while on a northern AZ adventure and this was perfectly located not far from nearby restaurants and stores.

Not only was communication with the owner outstanding, the place was gorgeous. And there were so many thoughtful touches like a noise machine, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It was a fantastic experience. I can't wait to stay here again.

The Ponderosa Trails rental is absolutely gorgeous and equipped with all sorts of extras, including a Berkey water filter, a bin for composting, and a lovely essential oil diffuser. It made for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon!

Our stay was enjoyable, the property was very nice & easy to find. Just a few negatives-- Parking was a bit tight for our full size truck, bed was too low and not comfortable for older people (65), couch was not very comfortable either, -- we spent some extra time there as we had colds and each had a day under the weather. Everything else was as expected.

It was comfortable and very clean here. The location was ideal for me. There was a trail system nearby to walk or run, and it was close to downtown. The freshly ground coffee left by the property manager was a nice touch! I certainly would love to stay here again in the future!

Great four day stay. The guesthouse is comfortable and clean. No private porch, a shared backyard. I misunderstood that in the listing. The hosts were great and more than willing to accomodate. Nice walking trails nearby. Great kitchen!

The property has a great location near a crossroads that enables you to easily get wherever you want to go no matter what direction it is in. The house is very clean, and recently updated, and has wonderful owners that make you feel welcome and comfortable. There are numerous very nice artful touches throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and everything else we needed to cook all the meals we had planned out ahead of time. We spent most days exploring the local fishing hotspots and enjoyed playing games and watching movies in the evenings. There was ample backyard space for the kids to run some energy off. We enjoyed talking with the owners on chance meetings on our way in or out. They have very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area in a handy book inside the rental. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we had no issues during our entire 5 night stay. I will definitely book this again in the future! I highly recommend.
