Bed and Breakfast in Jupiter Island

"We paid over $1000/night For a single king room. I asked for two extra pillows 3 days in a row and finally I received those two extra pillows. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and made it seem like they were there to help but service was slow and many times I was not even getting my room service till after 4:00 p.m. Additionally, when we arrive we were told we had all the free water we'd like and we've asked several times. Never received any water. For the price I paid for a king size room and yes it was during the Palm Beach international boat show, it was definitely not worth the money. Was pretty disappointed. Sure, if I paid like $300 a night maybe I'd be okay with it but at least expected to have a few things I did ask for. My husband and I are not jerks, so it kind of pains me to write this review but it was my honest opinion."

"Avoid at all cost, not safe. Left a night earlier, could not tolerate staying there. Got there and people drinking in the parking lot, smell of weed in lobby. Carpets are nasty, place has not seen a vacuum in years, celling tiles falling apart, room floors sticky and rusted shower. Again! Avoid! "

"Clean room. Comfy cot. Great breakfast including waffles and pancakes. Good coffee. Scrambled eggs could have been better...tasted like powder. No orange or cran juice (out of stock) and apple juice was well watered down. "

"The room was okay. Reasonably clean. Check in took a long time due to front desk clerks poor English skills . We had to have our room key reprogrammed daily because it stopped working. Compared to other similar properties the breakfast was poor. The toaster and microwave kept tripping the circuit breakers. Needs improvement. "

"Unfortunately this hotel is poorly managed. We had 2 rooms here for a girls weekend & there are MANY issues with the service. The front desk couldn’t find my reservations when I was checking in. I had to provide info & they recreated the bookings. To name a few other issues, the floors in the rooms are filthy. Housekeeping avoided servicing the room as much as possible. For my 3 night stay, we had one ‘partial’ service. The amenities in the room are not ideal- a cooler that hardly cools anything, few hangers, a shower door that doesn’t allow you to place a mat outside, no garbage in main bath area, hardly any TV channels to choose from as most have become “gray”, community ice without any scoop (sanitation issue/broken glass concerns)…shall I continue? We witnessed staff arguing at the lobby bar. 1 bartender servicing the entire lobby & restaurant. Food in the restaurant did not come out as ordered. Service in lobby/bar was beyond terrible. Trash in common areas as there was nobody working to pick up used items. Our second room wasn’t ready on time & it had cooler issues for my friend’s temperature sensitive medication. Shall I go on? Valet was efficient-the highlight of our trip. Carlos the bellman was friendly. Ritchie and Tyler in the restaurant are friendly & doing the best job they can given the circumstances. Phil at the bar needs more support so he isn’t unhinged. I got a measly resort fee credit. Great location.Too bad because it should be great for the price. "

"Contacted Customer service 3 nightas about smoke detector blinking throughout night and this issue was never resolved. Quite dissaponiting. "
