It was a nice stay the staff were overall kind, but our air conditioning was not working so our room got very hot, on top of I felt like the resort was kind of dirty with used towels and trash all over the pool deck, But it was very family friendly and very convenient that it was right on the beach!

I am a local and come here for staycations. The staff is amazing . They are genuinely happy to help and are so easy to talk to . Rob , Garfield , Colin , Jared, and another person - I think a deck supervisor - were awesome . They all were professional , friendly and outgoing , kind , accommodating , and respectful . The other staff I experienced were great as well through the resort . Everything was clean and spotless like always . The food was perfect also . Thank you!

This is such a great hotel for families, but still feels like a relaxing getaway. The pool is perfectly set up so you can sit around with an umbrella and see the kids from all angles. The bar is close by with staff taking orders and serving food and drinks right to your chair. Food and drinks are amazing and it comes out pretty fast. There’s a little sand area by the hot tub so your kids can play and you can watch them from there! I never got to take advantage of the private beach access(didn’t really have time with the group I was with) but it’s only accessible with your key so the kids can’t really escape. The staff also provides service to you on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. The bathrooms by the pool also have a shower with soap and towels. The room is very clean and comes with everything you need. Champagne when you check in, free smoothie samples around the pool and cold little towels to cool off. And everyone is so friendly! It really can’t get any better. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
