"This place was clean and everything was there that we needed. The resort itself is beautiful with the pool and hot tub, game room, and other family friendly options. I felt safe allowing my teens to wander on their own. The drawback to this resort is you have literally nothing to do at night. You have to drive everywhere and St. Augustine is a 30 drive or Daytona 30 minutes the other way. I loved it for the relaxing atmosphere and for younger kids this place would be great! For the olders, I will wait until they can drive their own rental car"

Talk about top of the line customer service! We recommended this house to our friends, and they are going back for a second time this summer. A hidden gem and we will be back again soon! "This house and the views are amazing! Very well equipped. Our only concern was the location of the 7th bedroom which is actually in the garage. We made it work but for future guests, be sure you look closely at the layout so you can plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. Thank goodness for the elevator, too! Overall this beach vacation in Palm Coast was everything we hoped for our family vacation with kids and grandkids! "

"What a phenomenal vacation home! We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen was the most well stocked I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The home was beautiful and clean and the owners were so prompt about replying to messages and accommodating every need. We loved the pool and hot tub too. There is quick and easy access to the beach, but the lagoon behind the house provides gorgeous scenery as well. We just can't say enough about our positive experience here! We'll be back!"

"We stayed for a week in a stunning, brand-new home right off the beach with nice ocean and lake views. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and every detail was perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and open floor plan was nicely decorated. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property and the gated community offers two gorgeous heated pools; one was a serene lap pool with ocean views (a 2 minute walk from the house). The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, and we can’t wait to return!"

The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the heated dip pool in the evenings. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious! The only issue we had was the included beach towels were missing, once I notified the rental company they delivered new towels to the house in under an hour! We would recommend this house and can't wait to go back."
