"Space was great, very responsive to needs. Ammenities were above expectation. Staff was so nice, and prompt. Maintenence came within 5 minutes with small need. "
"It was ok. Furnishings were nice and simple, I didn’t feel like I was living in someone else’s house, that was a plus. The exterior need a lot of TLC. Pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, weeds all on patio pavers. AC broke upstairs on day 3. Came back from the beach (which is super close to the house) and there was a violation notice taped to the gate. After a few emails back and forth, it turns out owners didn’t pay their taxes. That was a bit frustrating for us. Communication between the propert management could have been better. Felt like I was talking to an AI.They did leave us a gift bag at the end of our stay, which was nice."

"there were three floors and each of our adult family had their own privacy. Bedrooms were all comfortable except for the top floor which needed black out curtains as the morning sun did not allow for sleep after the sun rose. The home had everything we needed and was beyond our expectations. There were 2 washers and dryers which helped for our family of 8. The pool and lake view were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home "

"The house is beautiful and well-equipped. Our entire family, adults and children, enjoyed- the wonderful house, the great location on the beach, and the fantastic pools at the nearby clubhouse. The only thing that was not great was the window coverings on the large sliding glass doors in the large Master bedroom suite. Those do not close all across the glass doors to block early morning sun coming in, and that should be fixed or replaced. Overall, the house is great! And we would like to return and stay there again sometime! "

"Our family loved the home. The home was just as shown and just as spacious. There was room for all 12 of us without being in each other's way. Our front door lock was working inconsistently and we quickly had a response from maintenance and a new lock was installed. Definitely is high on our list for a second visit in the future."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation! It was our third trip to Cinnamon Beach and our first stay in L.A. Enjoyed the lagoon views and the ocean view from the balcony. The house looks new or nicely renovated and we enjoyed the decor. Plenty of room for all 9 of us and our 3 vehicles. The grill, beach chairs, bikes, and beach carts were a definite plus! The private pool was nice, although could have used a cleaning before we arrived. The only thing that was 4 stars instead of 5 was a bit of hair/dog hair in two sets of the beds. All else was clean."
