"Very happy with this stay, I wish every hotel had grounds like this. There is a huge live oak on the grounds and a very nice looking swimming pool that we didn't use. Amazingly peaceful and we loved the screened porch and water features. Yes the inside is dated and shows its age a little, think Golden Girls era, but it was clean and spacious. All the amenities you need are provided, and there are walking trails and bike rentals. It's in a lovely little area with a lot of shaded paths. Overall this was one of my favorite stays. Would definitely return. "

"This was a golf outing trip and visit to watch the TPC up in Jacksonville. The condo is excellent! Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's perfectly located on the pond - which I prefer over the beach front - and just a quick 2-minute walk across the parking lot to the beach. Check-in could not have been easier and communication with Amy was outstanding! Definitely a 10/10!!!"

"This was the third year we stayed at Douglas’s place. The water reservoir on the coffee pot was leaking from the time we arrived. Also the flutter valve in the toilet tank broke and my husband had to replace it. We were not able to keep the bedsheets on the topper on the bed tight. "
