"We normally LOVE coming to Hammock Beach and have been many times before. This trip unfortunately felt like they've gone down hill recently. From the tv remotes being held together by black tape to the staff not really being the friendliest. I would say 2 out of 10 people actually seemed happy to work there. The others felt like it was bothersome to have to speak to people. We experienced pretty unhappy wait staff and managers and no one really had that service with a smile that they used to. The front desk check in staff were great and the manager Frank was a sweetheart but otherwise we definitely missed the WOW factor that it used to have. "

"This condo is well stocked! We love Cinnamon Beach and love this area with pools, hot tubs, beach, etc. Condo is clean and large enough for my family. 3 bathrooms and large kitchen was ideal. Thank you!"

"We had a small view of the beach which was fine. Condo was clean loved the large patio area. A lady by the name of Crystal was very helpful and kind to all our requests. The pool areas are always well kept and well used by my family, the grill people are so pleasant. The host answered all our questions promptly."
