"The house is slightly dated and would benefit from some minor cosmetic upkeep. The 5 ensuite, king size bedrooms were spacious. And the screen enclosed pool with overflow hot tub along with the shuffleboard, pool, and fooseball tables provide for abundant entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, general store, and beach access within 5-10 minute walks. Great Location."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and kitchen were well appointed though showed some wear and tear. The beach equipment was great - we added some bogey boards. We had some issues with getting the hot tub to heat up. One awkward thing was that you had top go outside to access the basement rooms. Since we have visited off and on for 30 years, we were very disappointed in the shelling."

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the water park was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest drawbacks was that most of the resort activities, shops, and amenities seemed to shut down around 5:00–6:00 PM. After that, there wasn’t much to do besides spend time on the beach, which made the evenings feel a bit limited. The dining experience was also somewhat underwhelming. While there were a couple of restaurants on-site, the food was just average and the service was inconsistent at times. More dining options and a stronger focus on hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the beach, water park, and helpful staff. With more evening entertainment, expanded dining choices, and improved restaurant service, this resort could offer a much more memorable experience."

"Fantastic property & location! Our family had the BEST time at the Sun & Moon Pool House! Larry is a wonderful host. Very quick replies, & responded in person on a holiday to help us with a minor pool issue.That pool! Heavenly! We used it for many hours each day. The older of our group used it throughout the day, & the younger generation enjoyed it in the evening after spending the day at the beach. The house itself was clean, comfortable & so relaxing. It was wonderful to have generous views of the beautiful blue skies & all those palm trees! You feel like you're staying in the middle of a lush private garden. The area has a lot of families & it feels extremely safe, which gave some peace of mind when my daughters wanted to get out to explore on their own. Every day we enjoyed hearing & watching birds, including ospreys! There is a lot of wildlife around the neighborhood, & we frequently saw large lizards & rabbits scurrying around in the grass & leaves. The home's furnishings were comfortable & in good condition. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffeemakers, dishes, utensils & cookware. Plenty of bath towels & beach towels were provided. Everything was clean, in working order, & well cared for. There are several really good groceries nearby, including the fabulous Jerry's on nearby Sanibel.The beach is about 10 houses away, at the end of the lane, & it was never crowded. There are many shops & restaurants within easy walking distance."

"We loved the front porch area for having coffee and meals. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient. Nice to have beach towels and chairs with the umbrella and the wagon for carting everything to the beach. We loved the beach decor and the whole esthetic of the cottage."
