"Rooms were ok. Had issues getting anything on our TV but we didn't really need it much. Shower had issue and reported and repaired same day which was good to see. In room coffee machine had water in when we arrived and never changed the whole stay which put us off using personally. We had a room near what must have been a housekeeping office as this was particularly noisy zone especially in a morning but housekeeping team themselves were fantastic. Staff were lovely and welcoming throughout the whole stay. Breakfast food was lovely, a wide choice of all what you need to start your day. Coffee option could be improved. It's a pod you put in a machine and could be improved. Hotel location was fantastic for our needs and getting around the city. Overall, a decent hotel in a good location that could improve a couple of things to make it it's best. Thanks. "

"Nice hotel in a great area, but our room smelled like raw sewage. They applied enzymes in the drains, so it seems it is not a new issue. Did not work. Room should never have been given to a customer. Reception did not do anything to help beyond the enzymes which worked for an hour or two and then the stench came back. Never going back"

"Perfect location if visiting the Bernabeu and situated near the Madrid city Tour buses for ease of getting aroumd. Breakfast was good, basic but plenty to choose from. Only negative was the room was very small and located near the lifts, so noisy at times but other than thay, good value for money. Staff were all helpful and polite."

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Hotel check in took a while as there was a lot of forms to fill out for each person forbthe police. Breakfast was amazing. The lifts to the first floor always took forever and the stairs are locked so couldn't be accessed going up. Our bathroom was the disabled one and the water didnt flow to the drain but everywhere!"

"Great hotel for our trip to Madrid. Metro station was a nice 1KM walk away. Location was quiet and hotel staff were very friendly. Great breakfast "
