"We like the b Akasaka. Great breakfast in a great breakfast/lounge area. It’s nice that you can go hang out in there during the day and enjoy free coffee and tea. The room was quite small, but I get it for a city hotel. It was still nice and comfortable. The location isn’t very central to Akasaka, but once you figure out how to cut through and down the hill, it really is only about a five minute from Akasaka station (serves only the Chiyoda line), and about five minutes farther to the other station that serves the Ginza and Marunouchi lines."

"We are two girls travelling from Australia to Japan and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests. Unfortunately, the umbrella we used broke during use, but we appreciated the hotel’s effort to assist guests during the bad weather. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the lobby and reception area became very busy from midday onwards, with many guests checking in and out, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times."

"Everything's great, but for the price, you'd think there would be a better reception during check-in and in-room. Usually at these prices there are some refreshments during check-in and fruits, snacks and refreshments in the room upon first entering. There was only a dismal small cup of tea and a dry biscuit. Hotel Toranomon Hills Unbound Collection, at a lower price, has everything missing at Okura and I was staying at Heritage side no less."
