"The apartment was clean and suitable for our one night family stay. The team at reception were helpful and easy to contact. Our room was facing the road and restaurants which made it VERY noisy until 12:00."

From our first correspondence she was extremely helpful, interactive, wanting our stay to be as comfortable as possibe. Margaret's Place is the perfect place to spend the night before a flight, it being so close to OR Thambo Airport. We will be staying there again."

"Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. "

"No towels to be found. No emergency lighting of any nature in any part of the building or units, not even the odd self charging bulbs in stairwells and passages; really not good enough. Otherwise, nice and clean, and the gate guard who did the check-in was helpful and friendly."
