BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET EVER!! They made to order fresh juice. The omelet chef was amazing and the hostess was the sweetest thing ever The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Definitely would recommend!

Outdated but good bfast with halaal options

The reception staff are super professional and check in was pleasant although my room was ready well after the 3pm check in time. The rooms are a huge disappointment as they are very dated. The carpets are old and stained and furniture needs refurbishment. The breakfast is awesome with a halaal option for guests.

David, at reception, was really welcoming. We arrived late (12 hour delay by airline) we were exhausted and frustrated - there was just 10 minutes left of my 40th birthday. All of our plans were ruined yet he managed to make me smile with a chocolate. A simple gesture which I truly appreciated.

Got to improve

My booking was included breakfast, but it turn out to be a issue with the hotel. Rooms were suspiciously not clean owning to some food leftovers in the the refrigerator and crumbs of food on the floor

As a traveller carrying electronics from other parts of the world USB ports are quite handy for hotels, but these are not available at this hotel, plus the staff can´t find solutions to this and seemed not very empathetic when it came to solve charging electronics
