"It's a fine hotel but oldish. Some of the rooms and towers were upgraded. I stayed in a non-smoking tower and you could smell the stale cigarettes the moment the door to the room was opened. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, so overall good. I just was not happy with the bad lighting in the room and the cigarette smell. Likely every hotel in AC has cigarette order permeating its walls as the bulk of people in the casinos smoke! The food/restaurant selection was good. We ate at three restaurants and only one of them was bad (PF Changs). The Cuban restaurant Cuba Libre was excellent. For a quick bite, we went to Broadway Burger and that was a good, simple dinner."

Apparently a DND sign just means they need to annoy the guest with noise until they get up and decline service. A DND sign should automatically be a sign for them to move on. The hotel did not give me the option to decline service upon check-in. This daily happened my entire 3 night stay,"

I thought there was room cleaning but I didn’t get anything. It was a decent stay for abut but I wouldn’t say more than 3 nights."
