"We chose The Boulevard randomly planning a last minute trip to LBI. It turned out to be a great choice. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The pool is nice, and it is a 2 block walk to the beach. They have beach chairs and boogie boards available to use. "

"This place was amazing. It was very clean and had everything that was needed. The location was great! It was close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and amusement park. It would be perfect for a small family or a couple. The owner was very attentive and responded promtly to questions. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"As a soon to be single parent with two children 18 this apartment was the perfect place for us to stay and create memories before they leave for college. It had new and updated renovations, it was clean and felt cozy. The location was PERFECT - easy to get to the beach, short walk to beautiful views of the 4th of July fireworks, short distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, rides and bars to mingle and meet up with people. Although I may look for something larger in the future so we can entertain more guests, we were able to have friends/family visit each day. Check in and check out was super easy, my daughter was able to bring her puppy for the day and the landlord was super sweet and easy to communicate with! I wish we could have stayed here longer "
"Location, location, location. There are at least 6 restaurants or more, Bay Village and the beach, all within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking. The home is beautiful, clean and easily accessible with an electronic lock and code. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and garage space for our bikes were great too. We look forward to returning again, next summer! "
