"The Casino is just normal not lively like Vegas. We have good time at the lounge. Live Band and a DJ every night. Restaurants is very expensive."

"Hotel is not that clean, bathrooms in lobby area, elevators, all dirty! Hotel is understaffed everywhere arcade, front desk, maybe even cleaning crew which shows result. It’s very convenient bc of waterpark and arcade downstairs, but i do wish it was a nicer stay. "

"Although it was not the fault of any of your staff, the nights in our room were very disturbing. The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this comment and help any future hotel stay in that room."

"The room was clean but the room next door had cigarette smoke coming into my room. Don’t smoke so it bothers me. Hopefully they will place you in a room far away from smelling cigarette smoke. "
