For a 3 star hotel, Harmony Suites is clean and decent. Breakfast was good. There is nothing fancy or extraordinary about this hotel. It is not close to NYC! There is a lot of traffic in & out of nyc. It can take 1.5-2 hours to get to LGA & JFK. There are restaurants and a mall close to the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, spacious room. Great buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Bus 320 is just across the street, make it easy to transport to NYC. You can get to dining, shopping, and American dream mall within 5 minutes. Perfect location. We will be back.

Breakfast options were good; they had an omelette station and waffles. Hotel staff was really nice. The hotel is getting pretty old and might need some remodeling. The water pipes made a sound when turning on the shower. A door handle to the room was broken.

The property was good, so was our stay. The worst part is, they charged us deposit of 150 USD and said it will be released soon upon check out. It's been 12 days, and I still have not received my deposit money. The said they released it the very next day of my check out and the bank said they have not received any refund from them. Harmony Suites staff wouldn't even provide a transaction reference number, I am tired following up with them. Hope Expedia can help
