"Had a great stay for a few nights in Littleton at this spot with my wife and toddler! The only thing to be aware of for young ones is the stairs to the upper floor are definitely not child friendly. No complaints about anything else, the location was awesome, close to Cannon and many trailheads for hiking. Would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to Main Street in Littleton and many restaurants, shops, and breweries!"

"The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!"

"We booked for the weekend to do some 4 wheeling. Very easy to find, very close to the main trails and gas/store. The house was amazing and very clean. Also very cozy as if we were at our own home. When we book again, 100% will try to get this again if available!"

"This property was exactly what we needed for a business trip to the area. It snowed pretty heavily before we arrived and the drive was clear. Plenty of room to work and relax. "Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....

"We could not have asked for a better experience. Went with a group of 5 for the eclipse and it was spectacular. Spotless and gorgeous cabin. Room for all and to spare. The view of the water, breathtaking. Went for a great 4 mile run in the morning. Bobbi Sue made the whole trip. Fantastic communication and we wanted for nothing . Cannot wait to come back!!!! "
