"Customer service here is always great. The rooms are good, beds are comfy, and the Rocky Mountain Soap Co products in the bathroom are my favorite. Bummer the spa and pools are open right now, but nevertheless, a great stay. "

"We only stayed for one night, and unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance. However, the hotel offered access to the hot tub at one of 2 sister properties nearby, which was great! The onsite restaurant, Terra, was excellent and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we drove up. The concierge agent was also very welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean with a terrific view of the lake in winter. As it was a special occasion, there was a delicious piece of birthday cake waiting for me in the room. Special touches like that make a guest feel special and it was much appreciated. "
