The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were professional and accommodating. The power was out throughout the town and they gave us suggestions of things to do until they could check us in. Breakfast was hot and coffee always on.

Very nice rooms, with coffee, microwave and fridge. They also serve breakfast and have complimentary coffee at the reception. Couple of restaurants nearby. The folks at reception are very helpful and happy to chat with customers, they can give you some advice regarding Jasper. Overall I felt welcome, and that is important.

We stayed 2 nights here, the room is basic but very clean, the photos should be taken long time ago, room is dated which is not new like in the photo but clean, everything works well. Breakfasts were good, staffs are all nice and friendly. Parking is eady and convenient. Thank you.

All amenities, restaurants were close by quick was nice. Staff were friendly. Entrance had some drainage water running on the parking lot Erick smelled really bad. Room smelled like dust but looked well maintained. Breakfast was good and early for people going out early which was really helpful. Overall liked the facility.

Check in and out was great. Nice staff, parking around back was very close to our room. Easy access from the highway. Clean bathrooms, nice toiletries that were not perfume heavy, nice bedding but the pillows should be replaced as they were foam bits and not comfortable. The air conditioning machine was loud but without it the room was quite hot, so we didn't sleep well. Breakfast was disappointing though. Hot dog type sausages,(instead of real ones) soggy hashbrowns, egg patties.

Outside looks dumpy. Inside is old. I've seen better gyms in prisons on tv. It is not like the pictures at all you can't work out here. Newer carpeting in rooms, bathroom floor wasn't very clean. Bed was way too hard. After one night I asked for a refund and we found a new hotel. It is on the wrong side of Hinton away from the main townsite. Staff were very nice and he understood my displeasure.
