"The steam room and sauna is very old and require urgent renovations, tiles in the steam are loose and dangerous. "Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more.
