All the staff were very nice and helpful with info, carrying luggage, and making sure I had everything I needed. Room was clean but it didn’t have a nice smell upon walking in. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I love the extended hours they have for it. I was able to eat before having to leave @4:30am to catch my train. Airport shuttle was also nice and convenient. Spa was decent but good for the price, I definitely had a good night sleep after.

Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.

"The steam room and sauna is very old and require urgent renovations, tiles in the steam are loose and dangerous. There also no anti-slip mats and therefore I slipped outside the steam room and hurt my foot, however they helped me and offered support. Also require rubber slippers for the steam and ..."
