The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Jackson Hole, with a warm, tasteful upscale country atmosphere in the lobby as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. An upscale Breakfast buffet every morning as well as delicious cookies in the afternoon.

Great location just a few walkable blocks for Jackson square. Lots of dining & shopping options. Main building was very nice,breakfast daily was good, pool & hot tub a nice touch. Sleeping room was dated and not well maintained (shower drain, musty smell in room, loud wall HVAC.

The main building is beautiful, the motel style.rooms are older but in good condition. The bathroom was very small. The surface area was clean but went to get something behind the bed and found some dust and old candy. The breafast was ok. There was only one lady that had to refill and clean the whole area. They had the same exact food 2 days in a row. Not a big deal but its not a "cheap" hotel. Pool was clean.

Friendly staff, attentive and welcoming. We were delayed in getting to the property, the staff called and enquired about our expected arrival time - found this to be a nice customer focused touch. The rooms were a tad old and slightly musty smelling - but was well maintained and clean. Our two night stay was comfortable and good.

The pool was awesome, the breakfast was great, and everyone was very friendly. Basic room but exactly as pictured. Right in the middle of many stores and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

The mattresses really need updated! When you are on vacation you want good sleep! They were so hard it was like sleeping on the box springs. We loved the location and cleanliness and breakfast was awesome!

The main building is renovated just like the pictures showing. However, they would assign you to a room which is not in that building, but the adjacent building which is dated, dark and dirty. Most importantly there is no elevator in that building. If you have small children and had to haul luggages at the same time going up the stairs because they assigned you to the furthest room possible from the door, would recommend to stay away. We feel like the price we paid and the information such as pictures shown were not worth the value. More like we got ripped off. Also important to note that the staff isn’t the friendliness, they dont greet visitors.
