"Overall the experience was great. Walking distance to any of the restaurants, an outdoor store in case you forgot anything and a supermarket. The parking is not at the hotel itself as there are two lots (one north and one south) but you can park in front,check in, drop off your luggage then go park the car. You need to ask for the remote to the air conditioner. My only complaint for the stay is that I wish it had a mini fridge because if I want something cold for an early hike nothing opens...

"We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. We asked about the smell, assuming that we be moved to a different room, but the man was irritated at our request and gave us a bottle of pine cleaner to pour down the sink drain...and that didn’t fix it. Also, we were bit by some unseen...

"Our overnight stay at the Hotel Vinas de Larrede was an extremely enjoyable experience. All the staff were very polite, professional and attentive and the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had an excellent dinner and an equally excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our bedroom was beautifully designed and the bed was extremely comfortable. "Mooie accommodatie. Van binnen veel vernieuwd; van buiten nog renovatiewerk te doen. Centrale voorzieningen (oa zwembad) zijn heel prettig. Voor dinner bestond keuze vooral uit Franse culinaire hoogstandjes terwijl het voor de kinderen simpeler had gemogen. Veel mooie wandelingen zijn met de auto goed te bereiken."
