Su personal es bien amigable y tiene un alto estándar de servicio al cliente, haciéndonos sentir cómo en casa. He visitado Taxco desde el 2010 y aunque me he quedado en otros hoteles del área, siempre que hay disponibilidad en el Best Western los elijo a ellos, los recomiendo al 100%. Best Western Taxco is a hotel that offers comfort, a great location, and a family-friendly atmosphere for all ages. Their staff is very friendly and provides a high standard of customer service, making us feel right at home. I've been visiting Taxco since 2010, and although I've stayed at other hotels in the area, whenever there's availability at the Best Western, I always choose them. I recommend them 100%."

"El hotel está en una de las mejores ubicaciones para disfrutar la gran vista hacia Taxco; puedes ver Santa Prisca, el atardecer y las luces de noche. Además, el hotel es hermoso, los cuartos son espectactulares, espaciosos y con una gran distribución. Pero sobre todas las cosas, el personal nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos los únicos huéspedes ahí, atendiendo puntualmente cada necesidad, con la mejor actitud posible."

"Todos fueron amables. En el testaurante, la Sra. de limpieza de cuartos, el muchacho q me ayudo a subir el equipaje. El problema es tanta escalera para ir a cuartos de niveles bajos. Una de las muchachas de la oficina de admicion, olvido q llame al hotel un dia antes, mas sin embargo, me busco habitacion y todo fue bien. Gracias a todos los empleados por hacer nuestra estancia comoda."
