First time visiting. Overall, it met or exceeded our expectations. However, we found their MXN 696.00 price tag for their breakfast hotel quite excessive. We don't remember having seen the price advertised on the restaurant's entrance. The staff was very friendly, and the food quality was unquestionable, but the breakfast experience failed to meet the value-price mark for us.

Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The property is quite old and it looks nothing like the photos online. One of the biggest disappointment was that it didn’t offer the clear view of the village but is obstructed and not as picturesque as we hoped.

El hotel tiene una vista increíble, lo único que se debe considerar que para llegar las habitaciones hay que subir y bajar escalones , para mis padres fue complicado ya que son de la tercera edad , el sábado el restaurante da un show súper recomendable y la comida es muy rica , también a considerar es que el teleférico cuesta por persona y es independiente al hotel , lo cual cada que quieras ir o venir al zócalo es pagar teleférico o taxi

Su servicio no tiene peros. Desde la llegada, tienen actividades dentro y fuera, sus terrazas y el campo de golf y su teleférico que te lleva al pueblo de Taxco.
