"The staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably priced. The room was big enough. The bathroom was small, BUT it had all the necessary items. The fan was of great use because Taxco is stuffy/humid. Thank you for welcoming us to Taxco. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends. "

"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location! The views were amazing and the pictures came out great! Have drinks by the pool, they were goood! The only negative thing is that the beds are too hard and not comfortable. Maybe they should add some type of cushion. Despite that, everything else was great. Definitely try the Hacienda restaurant inside the hotel. One of the best I tried. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
