"Room was spacious, clean. Baby cot was in bad shape. Disappointed for Sheraton Brand and a new property. Worst is parking because it shares same parking with the shopping complex. Saturday on arrival we were caught in massive traffic at the parking entrance. We chose this hotel because of location, but this will be out last time to stay here. Will go back to our fav hotel Double Tree Hilton."

"very convenient as KSL mall is just next door and lots of eateries outside .lotus supermarket and food street is just basement of mall. weather rainy does not affect and large night market Monday starts 4pm till late night outside hotel all the way to grand paragon hotel as road closed for the night pasar malam."

"All good except the shower area quite bad maintenance. The tiles with stains and the window with algae outside . The sight is bad but this cleaning is not easy I assume"

"It was a short stay but comfortable enough. Apartment was clean and check in instructions very clear. "

"Room was clean but ceiling lights in bathroom too bright. 3 lights in a small area and partition between toilet n bed is glass so bright light is reflected, whole room is bright, cannot sleep even though room lights not on. If i switched off all lights, Its pitch dark. Suggest remove one toilet light. Reduce to lower watt, or stick a dark wallpaper over glass partition. Many eateries around area, a dimsum restaurant n 2 massage outlet outside hotel. Check in early and check out late is chargeable. "

"The location is great. The ambience was beautiful. The facilities like the shower could do with an upgrade but other than that everything was as described and peaceful. Would definitely book again."
