"As usual. The fridge is not cold at all. Had been giving the same feedback many times but don’t think hotel management will do anything about it. Window cover with dusts. WiFi is not working on the last day 6/May/26. Amenities is good with shopping, cinema and many eateries "

"We really enjoyed our stayed here at Sheraton JB. All the staffs services were excellent. We had a twin bedrooms and King bedroom adjourned together. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast for both days. Just a little suggestion on the Nasi lemak rice can have some improvement."

"Room was clean but ceiling lights in bathroom too bright. 3 lights in a small area and partition between toilet n bed is glass so bright light is reflected, whole room is bright, cannot sleep even though room lights not on. If i switched off all lights, Its pitch dark. Suggest remove one toilet light. Reduce to lower watt, or stick a dark wallpaper over glass partition. Many eateries around area, a dimsum restaurant n 2 massage outlet outside hotel. Check in early and check out late is chargeable. "
