This hotel is a personal favorite for us, regardless of the country. We're consistently satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and food. The free cookies are a nice touch, but the Bandung, Indonesia location had the best we've ever had – soft, varied, and beautifully packaged. We really hope the prices remain affordable, as we plan to stay here on all our future holidays.

Great stay!

Great stay at Hilton. The suite was spacious and could accommodate an additional bed for my daughter. Housekeeping polite and accommodating to our needs. Only thing is that the tissue box in the toilet is rusty.

Amazing stay at Doubletree. Check-in was a breeze and each guest was given a freshly baked hot cookie. Connecting room was arranged on the second day, when not available on the first day. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Definitely will stay here the next time

Everything was excellent about the hotel room but there was a crying baby just directly across our room and we had specifically asked for a quiet room and we were given a room directly opposite a room with an infant child, and the baby was crying non stop at 1.40 am!!! And we can hear the crying sound and woke us from our sleep multiple times

Check-in was fast & express check-out is available. Breakfast great as usual. Room clean & able to provide additional towels & pillows for my child. Staff always ready to help and approachable. Keep it up 👍

Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Not many shops and eateries around so less convenient if you need a late night snack or early breakfast - unless you eat in the hotel. Walking to the nearest mall takes about 15 mins depending on pace.
