Great place to stay in JB

2 nights stay. Front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant, room is good and clean everything worked. Breakfast included is awesome and staff there were also welcoming, helpful and all the food was great. Very comfortable stay and awesome staff, well done.

Decent stay but noisy

Given a suite with 2 bedrooms on top floor. Rooms were spacious and clean but there were knocking and water noises from the roof top at night and the TV network reception was also bad.

Other than being a little out of the way, everything's good, ie cleanliness and service. The hotel provides shuttle service to/fro Causeway Point though and we had no problem to grab a car. Will return next time.

Whilst the rooms are relatively new, we were not aware that 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom and that the breakfast area is rather small with low quality food served. The surrounding area is also deserted at night. The manager at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Parking space was adequate, although a driver will have to get their touch and go card validated at the front desk each time they wish to drive out.

Value for money. The only negative would be that we saw hair at the basin upon checking into the room. The hotel is kind of isolated, not anywhere tourists will go. But we managed to walk to the hotel from JB city square mall in 20mins. Slopes up and quiet roads. Not too bright. Please take grab to reach this hotel for convenience.
