"Simply put, this is a fantastic hotel at the price I paid for a night - £81, I have paid more for a night at a premier inn! The rooms are designed well, loads of mirrors which I actually really liked haha. The only shortfall was that the lady at the spa reception was very rude to us. When we arrived she said it was busy, and I told her that it was okay as we expected it would be. She then kept repeating herself trying to shoo us off, I had to keep repeating that I am okay with it being busy and that I would to use the facilities anyway.
