I had a good stay last year (2025), so it was on my agenda to book another stay here when I came to Banff this year. It’s nice there’s a spa and restaurant on site and it’s within walking distance to downtown. Very nice place!!"

"Rooms are dated and thin walls makes them noisy. Food is expensive and there are no inexpensive options for breakfast or lunch. Loud music is played in the lobby. Very busy with lots of tourists. Hotel cars and vehicles compete with guest footpath routes. "

"This is truly a home away from home. We loved seeing the whole Lake Louise area in the winter. Paradise was the perfect place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, fireplace in our room, a deck to enjoy the magnificent view and a campfire every afternoon complete with s’more kits! Every day we had fresh bottles of cream and milk to go with our coffee. This location is very close to Lake Louise and Groomed cross country trails. And just up the road from lake Louise village for groceries and restaurants. Looking forward to returning and staying in one of their little cabins in the summer! "
