" Great resort! (en Espanol al final) In short, a very pleasant experience with absolutely outstanding staff, great food variety and taste, and incredible room view. Everything works fine, but this is not a new resort, so do not expect super new fixtures. Definitely worth visiting and great value. Want more details? here we go: The water is gorgeous, there is a sandy beach section, and an intertidal pools/rocky section where you can see tons of fish, and other animals (sea stars, stingrays, anemones, etc.). We even saw dolphins twice!!! "Our crazy family of 16, 10 adults and six kids, just stayed in this beautiful property of two homes for the past week. It’s so far exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to even describe. The homes are both absolutely lovely. The staff is so incredibly friendly, anxious to please, and great at their jobs. Even with 16 of us, we had rooms to spare. Every room has their own attached bath. The kitchens are large and very well equipped. Very large dining tables to seat an entire family. We Used chef service and it was absolutely unequaled. We did several breakfast, a pool service with drinks, and also a very nice dinner. These ladies & gentlemen worked their hearts out, making meals that were just out of this world. They were very accommodating to different dietary needs, and of course, all the kids and their requests. They spent hours cooking,serving the meal to the table and then cleaning up the kitchen. Don’t miss out on this service. The food was just FANTASTIC. Likewise, the groundskeeper does excellent job of maintaining pools and the grounds every morning early before we’re even up -making sure that everything is perfect. The cleaning staff is absolutely delightful, extremely responsible, and so incredibly honest that when I left a large portion of Cash behind accidentally, they contacted me to let me know that the cash had been found. Delightful people, gorgeous home, and Service unsurpassed."

"My family and I travel to Cozumel annually. This is, by far, the nicest property we have stayed at. The location was extremely private and beautiful. The staff and chefs were amazing and attended to our every need. I cannot say enough about Casa Playa. We will be back!!"

"Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. Only thing that could have been better was the beach conditions- lots of seaweed and murky water. Didn't keep us from paddleboarding and taking kiteboarding lessons, but wasn't ideal swimming or snorkeling conditions. Luckily the pool was perfect for staying cool and having lots of water time. Wish we could have stayed another week. Loved it!"

"Our family and friends joined us for my husband's 40th birthday celebration in Cozumel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was amazing! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything from the pool, to the beach access, to food and service...the entire stay was perfection! Mariano checked on us daily and was extremely attentive and responsive. Chef Francisco, Elsi and team made sure every meal was better than the last. Extra shout out to Elsi!!! If you see this review...my entire family wants you to know that you helped us have the most memorable time! Finally Jesus and Lupita were there daily to clean the house and who were also always pleasant and warm. We very much felt at home and plan to return again!"

"The house was just as it was online. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions. The cleaners, groundskeeper and chefs, were all a delight to have around the house, we were spoiled and well taken care of. Each of us have agreed we would bring family back here as well as another girls trip. We especially love the location, a little more on the quieter end of town with full and easy access to town and shopping and restaurants."

"This place is great because it has its own beach and is secluded from others by nature. The building is beautiful with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. The room had ample space and enough pillows (which has never happened before, for us anyway). The only negative was a smell that would linger either from the surrounding mangroves or the plumbing. The continental breakfast was decent and we rode the bikes around the are to explore. Would definitely stay here again to get away from the crowds and noise."
