"Good location to visit the KC Zoo and Starlight Theater. Our room and the hotel in general looks a bit in rough shape. Could use an update. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made up for some of the physical issues with the building."

"My stay at this establishment was an unmitigated disaster. 1st the picture of the room and building online is doesn’t correlate . The room was a mess, with dirt and grime everywhere, and the air was thick with a foul smell. The carpet looks like it was changed a decade ago. The building's entrance didn't exactly inspire confidence either, with a strong scent of weed hanging in the air. Needless to say, I cut my losses and checked out after a single night, rather than sticking around for the full four nights."

"There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. "

"Stayed with my kids and dogs April 24 to 26th. We came up for a marathon and Royals game. We had a great time plenty of room in space for all of us. The property was a little older. However, it is still clean and has everything you need. Well stocked with all needed basics. The check in prrocess was easy and communication with host was efficient. The property had 5 beds we did not have 8 people, but you could sleep eight people there very comfortably. There was an additional pull out, roll away bed as well.Which technically would count for 6 beds. There's a small backyard area that is suitable for dogs. All of the rooms had fans and TVs. Very affordable for the space you get and the fact that you can have your pets as well."

"Location was in an older neighborhood that was a bit rundown. We had no issues, but did not feel like we were in a welcoming environmentThat is on us. We should get on google maps street view to learn more about the community we are planning to stay in.Otherwise, not hitches at all. This facility is probably more suited to a single occupant. Good place to save cost for a work trip."
