"Bathroom was not clean. Looked like it was forgotten about. Yuck. All else was good "

"Air and heat was fine. Clean enough. Old and shabby all around and odor reflected that. No coffee at breakfast the first morning. Staff was okay. Our clothes bar fell off the wall and no one ever came to try to fix it so it was very inconvenient. No luggage rack either. We will not stay there again and its a shame because it was located where we needed to be."

"There was no breakfast we booked specifically for continental breakfast however there was no breakfast. We were told that they need to hire a chef for the weekend. Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed."

"Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered when we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had enough towels for two which was greatly appreciated despite the first impression we received."

"We loved the staff that checked us in. We received a couple texts making sure our stay was going well over the weekend. Our room was clean, beds were comfy, and we really liked the pillows. Relatively quiet area. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed here for a quick spring break weekend. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area and only about 15 minutes from downtown. The property feels clean and modern, the staff was friendly, our suite was spacious, parking was easy, and breakfast had a good selection. The indoor pool, though, was a big disappointment. A group of unsupervised preteen/early‑teen boys took over the area for nearly two hours—kicking a soccer ball around, hitting walls and fixtures, moving a trash can as a target, and being so loud our younger kids couldn’t safely enjoy the pool. A staff member briefly stepped in but didn’t address the behavior, and even when an adult with the group arrived, nothing changed. More consistent rule enforcement would really help. Our suite, which sleeps up to six, also wasn’t stocked with enough linens, and it took a while for staff to find extras. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, but the pool situation significantly affected our stay. "
