"Unfortunately the check in process was very poor. Despite contacting the host the day prior to arrival we had no return contact back re- keys to get in. Hence unable to get into the property.Phones calls to and fro, fortunately the agent did supply us with the keylock number despite saying we did not have a booking.We were able to supply booking date and payment record.The next day the owners agent said she had to ask us to move out as we didn't have a booking and suggested that Stayz is a scam...

"The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy.
