"Excellent location but the hotel is dated. The indoor pool is good. Unfortunately, room service knocked on our door at 7:30 am asking if we ordered breakfast, which we did not! So we were up early. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. I will try the Marriott or Delta on our next visit."

"La chambre était propre, belle décoration et le lit très confortable La salle de bain besoin de rénovation +++, les joints de silicone à refaire et tachés de moisissures, décoration à remettre au goût du jour absolument et séchoir brisé Rebord des balcons malpropre, corridors et cages d'escaliersaussi, besoin d'aspirateur et même changer les tapis Serveur au resto gentil jusqu'au pourboire qui pourtant etait de 22%, son attitudea catégoriquement changé"

"We had a nice stay for 2 nights. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location was excellent, near lots of restaurants, stores and the mega parc. The free coffee and juice machine was an excellent plus in the hotel. It had a play room for kids, our son loved it. We definately consider going back to this hotel."

"We stayed three nights for our ten year anniversary. From the moment we pulled to the door, we were met with 'Bonjour,' smiles and attentive service. The room was reasonably priced for a historic, 5-star hotel. The rooms appear to be sound proof. Sam's and Le Champlain restaurants were delicious with attentive staff. Dufferin offered a wide variety for breakfast but was my least favorite. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. I was concerned staff did not say anything to the adult female, in the pool with a wine glass I'd stay again should I desire to return to Quebec City. Thanks for the memories!"

"L’hôtel Québec offre un superbe séjour pour les familles. L’offre de services pour les enfants est super ( maquillage, spectacle de magie, educazoo, jeux gonflables…en plus de la piscine). Les spectacles offerts sont biens aussi, mais l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas assez bon pour canceller le bruit à l’heure du coucher. Donc, super hôtel, mais j’aurais apprécié que les spectacles terminent un peu plus tôt."

"Les chambres sont propres, la piscine très agréable. Seul bémol, les bornes de recharge pour véhicule électrique (niveau 2) à $15/h, pour une borne BRCC je serais d’accord, mais pas pour une borne niveau 2, c’est abusif."
