The hotel is situated right in the town centre, very close to the Friars Walk Shopping Centre and it’s undercover 24 hour car park. "Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed."

"Very clean. Very efficient design of space and modern. It would have been nice to have more hooks and a deeper shelf to put our things but we are only in our room to sleep. It was really all we needed. I really appreciated how ecofriendly they are, not even having plastic lids for the coffee cups in the lobby. The lobby was staffed 24 hours a day and the staff were all very helpful. They followed the Golden Rule."
