"Did not find hot tub in our area, pool was cold, & slider door was so dirty we could not see out. The furniture was grubby uncomfortable, and worn out, wallpaper was coming off bathroom wall, but the bed was very comfortable. Internet was down and had to watch Dodgers on our phone bc lobby TVs did not work. Employees were kind & professional."

"staff was excellent did not check out buffet because my granddaughters eat very little and are vegetarian literally they would eat one pancake that’s it so it wasn’t worth us paying $15 for that however, the property needs a major updating. The pool area area was pretty nasty as far as the flooring the women’s bathroom light was not coming on the rooms were very small and I will never except a double bed again! there was no Refrigerator the ice machine was broken on the 4th floor, but I must say the staff at the front desk were very nice check-in went smoothly, and the bar area was very nice as well. Just the room rooms. Very small small. The toilet paper roll had an issue with it coming off and the tub was clogged. Water wasn’t draining properly."

"Unfortunately, the children that stay there are too loud and my TV was out and was never fixed for the time I was there, but it is a clean place and the staff was somewhat accommodating."

"As always, this property is well-maintained, attractive, and has friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is you are not allowed to take food to your room. I understand it helps with cleanliness, but there is also no room service so if you want to take a relaxed morning having breakfast in your room, you are out of luck. "

"Staff was wonderful, especially Anna at the front desk. Our room was a little sub-par this time around. Seemed a little dusty and a few things were missing in the bathroom. Also our robes were hanging, but taken after the first night so we didn't have them the second day. Not a big deal, but I love wearing the robes! Other than that, our stay was great. "

"hotel was awesome, only problem we were shocked with was the price of parking at $55 a day . then anything like wifi , shops , snacks in hotel stores were outrageously overpriced. then they chafge $150 damage dposit per day along with hotel access fees etc . it was alot of fees . … but area was awesome . also th hotel doesnt sell wood for the fire pits . but they will start your fire with wood they provide for you on beach for $250 . stuff like that was a turn off . "
