"Great location of this house! We seen dolphins multiple times everyday. Was able to kayak to a sandbar. Host was very quick to message back and answer questions and fix any problems that came about. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, a great home - spacious, clean, plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and a dog a couple of day guests (no problem getting extra gate passes), and close to the boardwalk to get to the beach, but let down by lack of property management and general upkeep.For a home that accommodates large groups, the kitchen was void of essential tools (steak knives, metal spatula, etc.) and considering we stayed for a week, we found the property was stingy on basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods and toiletries.Several maintenance issues were noted - the bunk beds were wobbly with loose or missing screws and the kitchen faucet was loose. Outside, the patio furniture was falling apart, broken gear was left in the corner, the outdoor spigot required a wrench to turn on the hose to wash off our feet from the sand (easy fixes in the grand scheme of things). and old beach clutter was littered under the house upon arrival. There is a charcoal grill on-site, but you'll need to bring your own charcoal and grilling tools. It's a nice place, but it needs better upkeep and attentiveness from management."

"We had a wonderful stay. So comfortable and it's decorated so beautifully. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. It even had 2 different types of coffee makers! The view is wonderful. Nice deck to have coffee on in the morning, or to relax and plan your day. Communication with the host was also excellent. We will come back."
