The house is on an unpaved single lane road, which I find very charming. The pictures are a true representation. The house is newly remodeled and very clean upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and water pressure is great. Bring your Kayaks or paddle boards because the water is 60 feet away. The dock is nice but also loved by the local birds. For a bird watcher like me this was fantastic and they will fly away when you approach, but if you want to use the dock you would need to clean the droppings, there is a water hose on the dock, but you will need a scrub brush to clean. Coffin Point beach is nice and easy to walk on but several oyster beds so not ideal for swimming but Hunting Island State Park is only a few miles away.The only negatives I have are very minor. There are no lights on the deck, bring a flashlight to use the back stairs. There were no instructions for the property, for example there is a hot tub on the deck but not sure if guest could use or when is trash day. Overall great rental and will come back. Thank you for making it pet friendly. "

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition and well-stocked. The views onto the marsh from the living room and upstairs bedroom are spectacular. The location is peaceful. Our host, Barbie, was warm, welcoming, accommodating and communicative. The beach at Fripp is gorgeous and the vibe on the island is friendly."

"My stay in this A-frame treehouse was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Just enough of everything. The space is beautifully designed and so chic, with thoughtful touches at every level.Being surrounded by nature made it incredibly peaceful, and the outdoor shower was exhilarating in the best way. There’s no TV, which I absolutely loved. It’s a true unplugged experience. Instead, there’s a record player that sets the perfect vibe.Donelle was a wonderful host. Very responsive, flexible, and she even left special welcome treats that made the stay feel extra thoughtful.I loved every moment here. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat in nature, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"It was slightly smaller than expected. Not much room to move inside. They view is absolutely beautiful. It is back off the road a ways, and a very bumpy dirt road to get to it, but we did enjoy it. Works well for just a one night stay."
