"Very spacious, moderately decorated. Bedrooms and bathrooms lay out nicely. The configuration of kitchen and family/living room odd. The outdoor lanai was very roomy, and set up comfortably. It looked like the overhang area of lanai was plated for fans with lights and not done yet, very dark at night for table area. Host was very attentive to responding to questions. "

"Overall, we loved the rental and would love to come back next year. Extremely well decorated and equipped for a rental. Great quiet neighborhood and location near grocery shopping.Overall, this a fabulous rental and we have been renting Florida homes for the past 18 years and this was one of the best rentals.The pool size is large 14' x 28' and heated to 87 degrees. Last but most importantly the property manager was outstanding. Easy to reach and responsive to our needs."

"Checkin ended up being easy and painless. We ended up having to get more paper towels and trash bags for the place. There weren’t many towels/handtowels. There is lots of space and many beds. Location was nice it was like 15 minutes from lots of restaurants and 25 from the beach "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owners were easy to contact and always responded right away whenever we had a question—they were very helpful. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and all the pool toys, which made our stay even more fun. The location is also great—close to just about everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again and refer to others! 5 stars! "

"The property is mismanaged. When you book there is nothing stating an additional charge of 80 to heat the pool. For the price point the overall cleanliness of the house was lacking, the livingroom wasn't utilized as the sofas were dirty with stains. The chairs were not comfortable as you sank in when you sat in them, the bed sheets were stained, and had ink stains. The bathrooms were all missing light covers, there was dust everywhere and there was trimming around the house that was missing. The BBQ grill was disgustingly dirty it appeared to have large animal droppings and the propane tank was empty. The screen to the entrance as well as the side were ripped. The wall for the curtain rods were full of holes barely holding up the curtains. The sliding door areas in both bedrooms were filthy. The pool table looked good until you tried playing, the bumpers were broken allowing the balls to come off the table, the rack was also broken. This house has the potential to be an amazing place to stay if it was well maintained and if there was an attention to detail. It is sparsely furnished and the kitchen desperately needs cooking utensils for cooking proper meals. It is not worth the 200 a night stay. I wouldn't recommend at this price point. The outdoor space was the best part of the house and even that was lacking because of the neglect of the home."

"This was the best property we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very responsive. The house was well stocked with games, books, toys, outdoor activities and extras. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The hosts really care about the experience you have at the Lake House, and they did an incredible job. We will absolutely stay with them again. We had a wonderful vacation with 3 adults and 4 kids (7-12yrs). I cannot recommend this property enough!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. This property included all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was perfect. House was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and bikes. The southern exposure with chairs by the house and on the dock were an added bonus. We plan on returning."
