"Coming from the frozen tundra, our expectations from pics posted to what we saw was spot on!!All rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed.Lots of room to spread out. Laundry is right off kitchen. Open concept w/glass patio doors and fantastic views from each. Great pool w/a big sitting area.Lots to see and do just minutes away!Matt is a very attentive host.This wonderful relaxing place is on my Vrbo list to go back to!!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. We even extended our stay one night. The pool and back porch was great. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. It was a bit too chilly for my Florida family to swim in the pool. If we need a house in Cape Coral again, we would love to stay here again."

"The Pool was not very clean i had to clean the pool no one ever came to clean pool and constantly had to run the hose to fill pool noticed a leak in the pool pump system."

"This house is lovely, we were so comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in the massive pool, fishing on the dock and visiting nearby beaches. It’s within easy reach of shops and I must recommend a trip to Top Golf for some family fun (we have never played before). Thank you for a wonderful holiday. "

"Clean and comfortable with some nice upgrades. The kitchen is lovely and roomy enough for several people to be working at the same time. The countertop is beautiful and a pleasure to work on. The enclosed sunroom was a great place to gather with plenty of seating, and there’s a convenient card table for games. We brought a puzzle from home. We all enjoyed working on it, even my brother-in-law joined in when they stopped by for lunch. We were out on Sanibel Island most of Saturday. It’s about a 40-45 minute drive, which was a pleasant, mostly scenic drive. The rental house was conveniently located. There’s a Publix and a Target close by. Our host was very helpful, and kind, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. "
