Room is big with a bathroom that is well sized, came with a stand alone shower and a bathtub. Good bathroom amenities. Staff are friendly, smiling and greeted us everytine we crossed paths. Buffet breakfast had a varied menu with local, asian and western options along with a wide variety of drink options. Very happy with this hotel and well worth the 4 star rating, i would stay there again just make sure you book thanh lich boutique hotel as there's another hotel called thanh lich that is in a different location."

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"
