"We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade upon our arrival. The room was huge and very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. There are lots of amenities such as pool, sauna, spa, exercise room, pool tables . Property is very well maintained and conveniently located."

Buffet breakfast had a varied menu with local, asian and western options along with a wide variety of drink options. Very happy with this hotel and well worth the 4 star rating, i would stay there again just make sure you book thanh lich boutique hotel as there's another hotel called thanh lich that is in a different location."

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"
