"Host was welcoming. Parking was a challenge. And it wasn’t clear how to get to the actual lodging once we got there. It was dark and snowy and clearer instructions would have helped. For example: park and walk 300 yards across the property to reach the cabin. "

"This property was beautiful and well laid out for enjoying with a group or family. Well appointed kitchen and entertainment options. Lots of tech. We had some issues below and communication was slow and frustrating with no resolve to fix or explaination how to work it. In general we felt there could be more instructions or notes for main things. Perhaps a small info booklet? Took a while to find remotes and few key things. Hot tub could have been warmer and water was below skimmer on arrival. But lovely access and entertainment. Couldn’t figure out patio lights on. Oven did not work. No manual found. Bbq unaccessible on arrival, frozen in ice. Had to use in place of no oven. Smoke detector was down without working battery in add on room. Spare linens for pullout couches never found. "
